Returns policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for either a store credit or exchange.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship out your desired product. The customer will be required to pay the postage fees returning the item/items to our facility. Melyssa will then cover the postage costs sending the new item/items to you.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item/s must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a exchange, head over to our return page and follow all the instructions to ensure your return is successful. Items sent back to us without following the instructions will not be accepted.
We do our best to ensure your requested exchange item is in stock when we receive your return, however unfortunately this is not guaranteed.
If we do not have stock of your requested item when we process your return, you will instead be provided with a store credit to the value of your returned item (subject to applicable discounts used).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to reduce wear and tear:
- Make sure you consider the washing instructions to ensure your lingerie is long lasting.
- Treat your lingerie with care. Be careful of those long gorgeous nails!
- Make sure you have the correct sizing to reduce the risk of damage.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Gift Cards/Store Credits
- Stockings if original packaging has been opened
- Clearance Items
The following cannot be returned:
· Lingerie and Swimwear – not in their original condition, or with components missing (such as detachable pendants, straps, harnesses or chains)
- Please note: As lingerie are intimate garments, if your items are soiled (make-up, fake tan, deodorant or personal stains), we will deem these as unacceptable for return and will post these items back to you.
To be eligible for exchange/store credit all underwear items must be returned in their original condition. In addition to this, all applicable items must have hygiene sticker intact and unremoved.
· Duties & Taxes as well as any associated shipping costs. These cannot be refunded by Melyssa once your order is sent.
· Duties and VAT are collected on behalf of the Government therefore it is the Government who would give a refund, if applicable.
· Countries tend to have some system refunding Duties and /or VAT but the customer needs to go through the appropriate government agency (usually Customs) and provide the requisite documents.
Refunds / store credit
Refunds are ONLY given if an item is deemed to be faulty/damaged.
We do not provide refunds on items that do not fit / change of mind. Alternatively a store credit or an exchange can be issued upon return of the goods in their original condition.
Goods deemed to be faulty will need to be returned to Melyssa before we can issue a refund.
Melyssa will not be held accountable for any missing or damaged returns in transit to our delivery address.
For refunds we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.
Shipping
Melyssa WILL NOT be held accountable for missing parcels. This includes parcels which are missing due to an incorrectly provided shipping address.
