Processing times

Once your order is placed, it will be processed in 1-3 days. Note: processing times may take longer during busy times and holidays.

Orders within Australia

We use Australia Post to send your items and offer both standard and express shipping. Once sent, standard delivery orders will arrive in 2-6 business days and express orders in 1-3 business days, depending on where you are located. Australia Post can deliver to apartments, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and remote locations. 

International orders

International delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, local postal services, and customs processing.

Once dispatched, international standard shipping typically arrives within 10–25 business days, and international express shipping within 7–18 business days. Regional or rural locations may take longer.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, clearance procedures, and regulatory requirements that are outside of our control. These processes can result in delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.

United States Orders – Important Information

Due to updated U.S. customs and import regulations, orders shipped to the United States may experience additional processing time at customs. This can include temporary holding while duties, taxes, or regulatory checks are completed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

While we ensure all required export documentation is provided at the time of dispatch, customs clearance timelines are determined solely by U.S. authorities and may vary from order to order.

Melyssa Lingerie is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, regulatory inspections, or actions taken by postal or customs authorities once the parcel has left our facilities.

Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll be able to track your package, receive estimated delivery dates and request that it be left in a safe place using the AusPost app or your MyPost account. Parcels can also be tracked on the Australia Post website. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start showing updates. 

International order can be tracked on the DHL website.
